FROM ITALY WITH LOVE (for family)
Gramm00 is the vision of an Italian entrepreneur, Simone, who grew up in a very large Italian family. Regardless of the problems and commitments that each member of the family had, they all would come together for lunch and pasta was the staple of their family food tradition.
Simone then decided to bring this tradition to Irvine, CA, trying to share with locals his magical experience: sharing food as a way to demonstrate love and care towards the people around us.
GRAM + 00 =
The "00" is the finest Italian grind flour used to make pasta, sandwiches, and many of our desserts. Also, the gram is an Italian metric unit:
hence "Gramm00.”
